Martina Landhed, Founder & Creative Director

I am a dedicated multi-award-winning designer who specialises in creating luxurious bathrooms and kitchens that are tailored to each client’s unique style. Having designed kitchens and bathrooms for various independent showrooms and national organizations, I have refined my skills in the field of interior design. Since 2012, I have been running InStil Design with pride, infusing every project with my unwavering passion for exquisite design.

My Scandinavian roots influence my designs, which are characterised by clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality that does not compromise on beauty. I excel at envisioning how a space can be optimised to meet and exceed my clients’ expectations. My bathroom designs have earned national recognition, winning awards in 2013 and 2017 for successful projects. In 2021, I was humbled to be named a finalist in the highly esteemed category of Bathroom Designer of the Year for projects exceeding £25k.

I take great pride in the fact that InStil Design has been recognised for its award-winning designs, which have consistently provided exceptional value to end users. It is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation that it has received such prestigious accolades.

Mark Evetts, CAD Technician/Designer

Although formerly trained in Furniture design Mark enjoys a career of over 10 years in Interior Design specifically in the hospitality industry of Bars, Cafes & Restaurants.

Experienced in creating full fit out drawing packages, surveying and presentation drawings in Auto CAD Mark brings his detailing ability for in-depth projects to InStil Design

Nicole Smith-Dawson, Accounts & Office Manager

With a career history in the New Build and Property sector, Nicole joined InStil Design in 2020 and oversees all areas of our accounts, invoicing, and office management. This includes liaising with our clients, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure the smooth running of the office and showroom.

Steven Strady, Senior Designer

Rooted from the south of France his designs are influenced by the warmth of European style and focus on mixing textures and contrast to create tailored designs. He has studied Fine Art and French Upholstery design in France and received a degree in Interior Design in the UK.

He is passionate in revealing his clients’ true personality in their design, whilst guiding them towards appropriate decisions that fit their need as well as their budget.

Rachel Williams, Designer

Having recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Rachel brings a fresh and creative perspective to the team. With a strong foundation in spatial design and an eye for detail, she is passionate about developing thoughtful, functional, and visually engaging spaces. Keen to build on academic experience, Rachel is excited to contribute innovative ideas while continuing to learn and grow within InStil Design.

Maya Landhed, Office & Showroom Administrator

Maya ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our office and showroom, providing support to both clients and the design team. With a strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, she oversees enquiries, coordinates logistics, manages scheduling, and ensures the showroom is always presented to the highest standard. A graduate in Fashion Marketing with Management from the University of Southampton, Maya brings creativity and structure to every aspect of her role.
