We couldn’t be happier with our experience having our bathroom designed  with Instil. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly thorough and professional, and the end result is excellent. Steven did an amazing job coming up with a bespoke design for our very small bathroom that maximises the space and looks absolutely fantastic. He managed the whole project and his communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend him, and Instil as a company.

Instil Design – Our Experience.

We live in a listed building which dates back to the 17^th Century. We wished/needed to refresh our Bath and Shower Rooms. The house is a thatched cottage with several extensions to it over the years. We luckily discovered Instil Design via  a friend who recommended them. We asked for a design and costing but stressed the importance of keeping the character of the House. Instil provided both a design service, product supply and suggested an installer who they had worked with before. They also gave a choice of product and colour range. They were excellent and accurate in all that was asked of them.

We now have a modern resource that does not feel or look out of place. With a minimum of disruption to our lives. We are fully satisfied with the end result.

Hi Martina, Dan has now gone and I have reclaimed my home with it’s beautiful new bathroom. It is just gorgeous. I am delighted with all of it and I think the floor is the perfect colour.  Please thank all of your team for a fabulous job. I just wanted to get in touch to thank you again – we’ve been having our bedroom redone too so have only properly moved in and started using the bathroom this week (it’s been a long wait!!). It’s absolutely fantastic and feels so special to use now. The quality is amazing! The details and the finish are perfect and we can’t say enough wonderful things about Hubert. He did such a fabulous job and was a pleasure to have in the house!

Dear Simon, Emilia and Martina,

The cloakroom has now been completed and Emilia called yesterday to take some photos. We are extremely pleased with the result. Emilia’s ideas were informative, creative and helpful. She has a wonderful eye for detail and is also effecient and thoughtful. Emilia was always extremely polite and professional while also being friendly and very approachable.

Simon was as last time a superb workman. He is such a good solution driven thinker and also creative and talented in ensuring the best possible outcome. We loved having him in our home!

We have enjoyed the whole process, from our first meeting to Hubert waving goodbye. There were a few challenges along the way, and you addressed these for us and offered solutions which took away all the stress from what was a complex project. The design you and the team produced delivered to our brief and you listened to our feedback throughout the process. The installation is simply put – perfect! Hubert is the best craftsman we have ever had work in our house.

He has completed the job with total professionalism and consulted with us during the install process when needed which was appreciated. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has ensured that the work area always remain tidy and ensured everything was removed and disposed of with any hassle. Thankfully after further searching we found Martina and from the first call I felt confident that we had found someone who understood what we were looking for. Even though we went through the design process during COVID and the design presentations were held virtually, we immediately loved Martina’s design and choice of products. Martina did a fantastic job, as before, that went way beyond our considerations and expectations.
