InStil Design supplies only the finest premium quality bathroom & kitchen products or individually commissioned bespoke furniture, natural stone settings and glass solutions (including frameless shower enclosures and coloured glass walls). Because all of our clients are individuals, we want to ensure we can create individual solutions, so our philosophy is to search the market for the best products that makes your bathroom/kitchen possible. We have no lock-ins with any specific manufacturers and therefore our palette of products covers every range of styles and budgets. And, if your vision is totally bespoke, we work with a range of commercial and artisan manufacturers to create something directly from your imagination.
Delivery:
As soon as you place your order with InStil Design, we take responsibility to track it from manufacturer all the way through to delivery to your home or installer. We have a secure warehouse facility, where products are thoroughly checked before final delivery on agreed day and time. We will liaise with you and your installer to ensure you are made aware of delivery requirements such as access and unloading.
We only use our approved delivery partners to ensure we maintain complete control of the delivery process. If your delivery requires further assistance when unloading we discuss these requirements with you and/or your selected contractor. Our manufacturers and delivery partners know our exacting requirements because we know that timing and professionalism at this phase is critical to an on-time and on-budget installation phase.
Installation:
Realising your vision of the perfect bathroom and kitchen starts with finding the perfect designer and ends with the craftsmanship of the right professional and quality installer. We want you to choose somebody you have absolute confidence in. We can provide you with a list of installers.
All of the installers we suggest are familiar with InStil Design products as well as our technical installation packs. We regularly monitor the performance of the vetted installers and advise them on InStil Design’s quality standards.
While all the installers we work closely with are independent from InStil Design and your contract would be directly with the installer, we will continue to be on-hand during the installation for both you and the installer.

Can InStil Design source specific products I've seen elsewhere for my project?
As an independent retailer we have no lock-ins with any specific manufacturers and therefore our palette of products covers every range of styles and budgets so in most cases we are able to source a specific product for you that you have seen elsewhere.
What is the typical delivery timeline once I place an order with InStil Design?
The typical delivery timescale for a full bathroom or kitchen full-service project is 12-14 weeks from order. If you have your own installation team booked this timeline can be reduced to 4-6 weeks.
I have specific access requirements for delivery. Can these be accommodated?
Yes, if we are advised in advance, we will discuss your specific access requirements with our approved delivery partners and meet your requests.
I'd like to use my own installer, is this possible?
Yes. We are happy to work with any installer and will make detailed installation drawings for any full- service jobs starting from £12,000 incl. VAT (products only). We want you to choose somebody you have absolute confidence in and we will be on-hand during the installation for both you and your installer.
What happens if a product arrives damaged, or there is an issue during installation?
We check all products thoroughly before the final delivery to yourself therefore damages are rare but can still happen so all products must be checked upon delivery and damages reported within 24 hours.
Replacements will be organised and delivered to site as soon as possible.
If an installation issue arises, we will first visit site to establish the reason for the issue. If it is caused by a product fault a replacement will be ordered alternative if the installer requires technical assistant, we will arrange this from the product supplier.
